CNY is just around the corner.. everyone must be busy preparing for chinese new year.

Just like me got to help out with my mum at cleaning and etc and few day before the eve we got to go night market to grab some steam boat food.

Some of you sure can't wait for chinese new year to come right? Where by you're able to wear new clothes, gather with family & friend, get to eat nice food and last but not least get to collect angbao ( red packet ) which i believe most of the small kids like it the most. Haha..

So everyone get busy and have fun at the same time during the preparation. ^^y

6 vs 1

What does i mean by 6 vs 1?

6 vs 1 is refering to my job because my job is like 6 people is processing claim at a time and 1 person doing data entry. And may i know how much data can you people expect to be done alone no matter how fast i am in keying there's still a limit right?

Yes they might say you can always work ot ( overtime ) to clear your job. But even if work ot do you really thing can be clear? My answer will be NO cannot why not? Because everyday will be having incoming mails and each and everyday gt 60 over sometime even up till 100 over invoices for me to key it in. To them 60 is nothing yes i agree it could be done within a day.

But they also must understand that no matter how fast i could key in a days end up you people will still think that i'm the one that causing a back log. - especially boss.

But why you can't just think and see how many of them is processing and how many people is doing data entry? And let's say if either one of them is on leave or on mc there will still be people processing claims, where else if i'm on mc or on leave no one will help in my data entry.
( * yes i know during my leave last month some of you really help me do my data entry, i'm very thankful for that. * )

But my point is this job for me is just seem like i can't afford to go on mc or leave because once you take mc or leave your job will be delay and some people will think that you are slow in your job.

By writting all this is not because i'm complaining or unhappy with my job just want people to know you have to be fair, reasonable and understanding. Open your eyes and heart to see and feel who's working, trying their best to do their best in their job and who's not.

Hanoi Trip

This time round I went to Hanoi.
Some people might be thinking hmmm is just another part of Vietnam but Hanoi is a place that able to let you gain or feel a different kind of experience from Ho Chi Min.
Why would I say that because for me I feel that Ho Chi Min is a place for more shopping and where else Hanoi is a place more for scenery.

took this picture while we're in the plane, the journey from SG to Hanoi is about 3 hours files. Most people will feel abit bored and hungry during the journey of cause including me.. hahaha..
But most of them choose to take a nap, I do take a nap during the journey too but i feel super hungry so we take picture just to pass time.

remember i mention on the above saying that I'm super hungry during the files. Yes hungry, I'm not the only person feeling hungry Jerome feel as hungry as me too. Hahaha.. So once we alight from the plane and collected our luggage we quickly head straight towards the small cafe and have our late lunch.

while we're on our way out for dinner suddenly one lady came up to us and say take picture picture and i turn back and look at Jerome and we turn back tell her no we don't want because she carry the bunch of fruits walking around and ask people to buy, that's why we though that she's going to ask us to buy. But she's quite smart she just put the punch of fruit on my shoulder and non stop saying take picture for free. So we both really though is free and took picture shown on the above. Guess what !!! End up she make us buy one small packet of fruits from her. Hahahaha... -.-"

We had seafood for our dinner on our first night there and is not cheap.

After our dinner we went to their night market at shop. Their night market is just like our
" Pasmalam " in Singapore But their night market only open during the weekend from 7pm to 11pm.

Our 2ND day, morning we had our breakfast in our hotel they provide breakfast buffet. We didn't take any photos of it because we didn't bring the camera along with us during breakfast. But their breakfast is just a simple type they have about 15 choices for us to choose I can't forget their pumpkin soup is so nice to drink.. yum yum..

Our lunch for 2ND day is their chicken kwayteow soup that sold at those road side shop.

After lunch we to their famous pound near by is ( Hoan Kiem Lake ) and there's
a temple name ( Ngoc Son Temple )

this tortoise belong to the lake but one day someone in the temple spotted the dead tortoise and bring it back into their temple and preserve it. But as what i know they said there's 2 similar tortoise in the lake which mean the other one is still in the lake.

After taking a walk at their famous lake side we went to buy ticket for their water puppet show they have timing just like we go for movie but instead movie is those puppet acting in water. We buy ticket for night time 8pm and we bought the first roll infront of the stage.
Once we buy the ticket we walk around and see is there anything for us to buy back before we go back to our hotel and have rest before we head out at night again.

before we went back to the hotel and rest we buy sugar cane and drink the stall is just outside our hotel.

the puppet show begin..

this is the first time i watch the water puppet show is very nice and they have a stroy line.
The part i like most is the horse jump in toward the fire and some part is very funny. Good perfrom. ( :

3rd day we went for our one day trip with their located tour, we went to ( Hoa Lu - Tam Coc ) and we have to wake up at 7plus their located time because the bus will come to our hotel and fetch us up between 8am to 8.30am

at the rest stop before we continue our journey first they bring us to their famous temple and sad to say while we're on our way the rain start to fall and when we reach the first location of the day the rain start to fall heavily and all of us have to either carry an umbrella or wear rain coat. Our tour guard is nice she bought each of us a rain coat.
But very sad to say that we didn't really took any picture while we visit their temple.
Luckily the rain getting lighter while we have our lunch in a restaurt is a buffet style.

once after our lunch we went for the boat ride

everyone is holding on to umbrella but we're holding on the a big plastic that the auntie lend it to us to cover our self from getting wet because is start to drizzle.

while the auntie paddle us back to shore she ask us to help her to paddle and at time we can give a try paddling actually is quite fun but our hand will get very tiring easily not like those people they're use to it and is part of their job and is not an easy job.
Overall, have a great short trip with Jerome my boy I enjoy it alot. Hope you people out there if you are planning for a short trip will consider about Hanoi.

A day trip to Desaru..

Have a day trip to Desaru yesterday was my first time going there. To me is just like going to for a short trip and have a look around at some of their attraction places. Like ostrich farm, mango farm.

21st & J's Birthday celebration

Hey peeps remember i mention before i will post some picture up on my birthday celebration??? Yes... Now I'm going to share some photos with you actually is just quite a simple celebration BUT i still feel very happy, touch and appreciate it a lot. OKAY here's some photo to share with you people. Must be wonder why is my 21st birthday cake is an alphabet letter J instead of having a number 21st on top of it or a design of it. Is all because i'm celebrating my birthday together with my BF though his birthday is 3 days earlier than mine but he don't mind to do it together on the same day as me so I bought this cake and I LOVE IT ALOT. ( : oh and it's tatse nice too the cake is very soft. YUMMY !! xD

Have been sabo to wear this mask on and take photo with the 3 of them.. hahaha.. But is fun...

after cutting and eating up the cake and it's time to go home and open up all the present and there's one present I LOVE IT ALOT is my favourite want.

this little mini car is given from my boy the usual color of this car is not in pink is he make an effort to spray it into pink and when he spray it he still get scolding from his mum because he messed up his toilet. LOLs..

Genting Trip

When to Genting for 4 days 3 nights and have fun over there.

Nothing different or change over there. All still about the same but is not as cold as last time but I still wear my jacket through out all the trip... Because I'm afraid of cold... HAHAHA ..

First day :

at the rest stop

the food at this stall selling at the rest stop is quite nice i like their kway teow with the sauce and duck meat on top of it nice yum yum.. after our breakfast at the rest stop we continue our journey heading to genting. We reach genting in the afternoon around 1plus.

once we reach there we went to check in but the check in time is damn long we waited for more than 3 hours then we get to check in so in between we went for our lunch and of cause got nothing better to do we took some photos to kill time.. hahaha...

finally after 3 hour plus of waiting and our number it's called and once we check in and get our room card we head straight to the hotel room and put down our stuff and rest for a short while before we head out to play.

After resting for awhile we went to the indoor theme park.

Our 2nd indoor ride is the ferry wheel. ( :

After our 2nd ride we went for our dinner inside the first world plaza, there's one Vietnamese restaurant name Vietnam house the food they sell is nice and for the price is reasonable next time you guys go there can give it a try.

This is the chicken noodles baby order is nice remind us when the time we're in Vietnam

After our dinner we continue to play.

Our 3rd ride in the theme park

after playing bumber car is already about 11pm and we still continue our last game, the last game we play is like we're watching movie big screen showing some cartoon put on the 3D shade and those sit will move about and make us feel like we're in the show too. That's was fun too. ( :

Our 2nd day of the trip we went to out door theme park.. wooohoo can play all the roller coaster. FUN FUN FUN all the way xD

That teddy is very big I think if i hug it the teddy is manage to cover the whole body and only able to see my leg.. LOLs.. I like the teddy but too bad we didn't went to play and get the teddy.

this remind me of my young time when I went genting with my parents. LOLs .. So cute especially the right end the little tamil girl laugh until her mouth open till so big..
She really LAUGH OUT LOUD.. hahaha..

we went to take the ferry wheel at the outdoor theme park too ( :

After the ferry wheel we head to the dinosaur world

after taking the boat round the dinosuar hill inside the tunnel now we walk

after that we went to play the bigger coaster in the theme park
which I like to play and make me feel like playing it again and again.

after the roller coaster our last ride at outdoor theme is this :

we sat this and go round the theme park and after that back to hotel and rest and at night after our dinner we went to RIPLEY'S Believe It or Not and is very worst it there's so many thing to see and make you go WOW !!!
I had fun in there..

this man is the tallest man in the world he only stop growing when the day he die and one the above the biggest hand is belong to this tall man from the picture you guys see you can roughly know how tall he is.

On our 3rd day we went to take cable car

then after that at night we went to play the lazer maze BUT before we went to the maze we went to the snow world it was fun and cold inside I walk in and out quite a few times because I can't stand the coldness inside. But I really enjoy playing in the snow world but just to sad that we are not able to bring our camera in. ) :

after the maze we head back to our hotel room to have a good rest because the next day we have to wake up early and pack our stuff and prepare to head back to singapore.
I enjoy this short trip to genting I hope I will have more chance to go oversea to different places around the world.... I LOVE IT !!! xD

Day @ Pula Ubin

During Good Friday, we went to Pula Ubin for cycle

after such a long ever since when i was young and fell down
never ever want to cycle but suprising that i will go to Pula Ubin
and cycle.. wahahaha..

My Boy still said told his parents that lucky i came back in one piece what he mean is that Lucky i didn't get injured or hit myself on to something because most of the time i will hit onto something.. hahahs..

It's Valentine's Day XD

Happy Valentine's to everyone of you.

This year is our first celebration for valentine's together,
we went out for dinner at Suntec City @ a Indonesia food

is a treat from me as a valentine's gift to him, because I thought for very long and I still didn't know what to get for him so the that night dinner is on me ( :
What does he give it to me ???
He give me a FRED PERRY bag as valentine's gift

is very thoughtful for him to get me this bag because before he bought me this bag I'm non-stop making noisy saying that I want a FRED PERRY bag. Without me knowing it he bought this for me as a valentine's gift. ( :

I Like it a lot although u mind be thinking that is very simple there's nothing special or the design might be simple but I like, it can be use match up with clothes quite easily. Causal wearing can be match, you wear dress also can match.
You don't have to thinking " Die how am I going to match this bag with clothes or Shit what clothes should I wear ot matc this bag".

After our dinner we went for a walk at suntec then after that we head down to
Singapore Flyer.

Went to the science center on last sunday, I have not been there for

such a long time ever since I was in primary school..
If I didn't remember it wrongly.
Because last time during primary school time our teacher

will bring a few classes out for excursion.

His mum invited me over to their house for chirstmas celebration.

They have order some catering to their house
have a lots of food got salad, spaghetti, desert, log cake

Went to a musical insturment concert with Baby and his friend
on the 19th December @ Raffles Hotel ,
is a concert of Kim Seng Wind Symphony

This is a band that play all kind of musical instruments like
Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet Etc...
Some of the song they play sound like those disney cartoon sound track
I find that it's quite nice, not like those that I always use to think that is boring
Overall I find it quite good and nice
Thanks to my Baby Friend for asking us to join him. ( :

Last 2 session

Last 2 session for my acupuncture so fast my 10 session is coming to an end.

How I feel from this 10 session of acupuncture ?

Hmmmm .. I still remember the very first time went for my very 1st session
I'm quite nervous because I'm a person that scare of needles.. OMG !!!
But is not pain at all the feeling is just like an ant bite for just less than 1 minute.

On the 2nd time of it
After they put in those needlees and help us to place the head phone
with nice and relax music for us to hear while we're relaxing laying down
on the bed doing our acupuncture.
I still remember during that time I fall a sleep. haha .. xD

Overall, after all is acupuncture session that I've been
I fine is very relax, help me circular much better than before.
And of cause slimmer than last time.

Celebrated my grandma birthday with the whole family member at her house.
As usual we went to eat dinner at coffee shop then go back her house and cut cake.

Orientation

Went for Orientation on Friday, What kind of Orientation ?!?!?!?
Is an Orientation my work place send me there or should say is
an Orientation my company choose a few of their staff to attend.
I still have to wake up around 5plus in the morning to prepare
and head down to commonwealth.
Where our HQ is located. So FAR... !!!

In the afternoon after lunch
they separated us into two different group went to two different
polyclinic walk around and take a look at their clinic.
Suprisingly bukit batok polyclinic have a so call mini museum
showing how the olden days of singapore nurse use when they're working.

All the uniform those nurses wear in the olden days till now 2010.

Boat they use in the olden days to people house those sick people for check up.

Past 5 accupunture session experience

So fast I've already completed half of my acupuncture session
now left another 5 session to go. During the past few session after the
3 consecutively session I fell sick,
I fell sick is not because of this acupuncture slimming don't suit me.

Just that the reason that i fall sick during the period due to
Emphasize, it's normal cause our body is taking change.
That's why we'll fall sick
No worries also cause after that our body will feel better n work better

P/S : So far I still enjoy the acupuncture ( :

Vietnam Trip

Went to Vietnam with Jerome on the 26th and came back on the 29th

we took a budget airline cause is just a short trip roughly about an hour plus to 2 hour.
Budget airline have one bad point and that is you might see something like this on the plane

A smelly foot putting up high behind your sit... !!!

Had lunch at Ben Thah Market and walk around shop around in that market too.
We walk and shop till dinner time then we went to the other street for our dinner
in a restaurant shop house whole street at there is the same restaurant shop houses.

After dinner we walk back to our hotel
and on our way back to the hotel we took some picture
plus we saw one auntie selling a bread something like subway
we buy one and try taste not bad quite nice
inside got egg, ham, vegetable, sauces

Second Day ...

After breakfast we went back to the room rest for awhile
till noon time and then get ourself prepare to go out...

Acupuncture Slimming

Today is my 2ND day for doing my acupuncture slimming session.
You people might be thinking how it's feel right ???
Let me share my own experience with you people. (:

On the 1st day, which is yesterday when it's my turn
I feel abit nervous because is my first time doing acupuncture
plus i'm a person that scare of needles.
The first needles they put inside you will feel a bit pain BUT those pain you feel

is just like ants bite after a few second you won't feel the pain.
They still play some nice music for you to listen
and let you feel relax while you're doing you're acupuncture.

On the 2nd day, which is today i went for my 2nd session
same progress the chinese female doctor help to put in those needles
as usual just like the first day few a bit painful for a few second
then here we start our acupuncture, listen to nice music
being relax. OH !!! Today i still fall a sleep till the chinese female doctor
came in and help me to remove those needles off from my body I also don't know it.
Until she remove everything then she wake me up.. LOLs..
She still even ask me " I fall a sleep is it. " LOLs ..

Tomorrow will be my 3rd acupuncture session.
I really can't wait to slim down and wear more nice clothing
BUT of cause the most important thing is to important my health and body. ( :

Tomorrow is 1st of november,
Firstly is me n my baby 2 month anniversary
and the both of us have know each other almost a year.
But we just get being together for 2 month.
Haha.. we took very long to know each other well
hang out together every few weeks since the day we met each other.
Though we might be just get together for 2 month but
I just don't know why a lot of time i always have the feeling
like both of us have been together for very long.
I don't know why also I guess is all because of LOVE..♥
That's why i will have this kind of feeling toward this relationship

that we both seem to be together for very long.

Secondly is I'm going to start my accupunture slimming session.
Looking forward about it.. cause is my first time doing accupunture,
of cause will have more update about my slimming session about it.

Times Flies

Time's Flies, soon I will be going on level for a few days
because in 1 week time me and my baby is going oversea to Vietnam
for a short trip...♥
A week that we don't have to wake up so early dragging ourself to work,
rush to work, getting tired due to work, etc

It's a week that both of us can relax, sleep till we automatic wake up, Etc
That's what I always and everyone of you wanted
sleep until automatic wake up.. So happy... xD

Then after I'm back from my trip i'm going to start my acupuncture slimming
Which is on the 1st week of november I'm gonna start,
abit can't wait for it cause i can slim down and get rid of those fats inside of me.
hahahas.. so i can be slimmer and buy myself more nice clothes and wear. xD

Last Monday when to watch a movie with BB, the movie is nice i like it.
It's a 120min show. It's worth to watch. ( :

Family Gathering cum JacQ B'day

Had a family gathering cum JacQ's Birthday celebration on 2nd Oct
so long didn't have such a gathering with everyone because each and everyone
of us is busy with our own stuff, like working, schooling, serving NS..

Whenever we had such a gathering at my grandma house my grandma
will feel happy because she like nosiy and of cause we amount ourself will
start to take as much picture as possible.

After dinner chit chat, take pictures ETC...
That's what we always do when we have family gathering or any celebration.
After awhile is time to cut cake

After cutting cake & eating cake
we start to think of where to go and what to do next
so end up we've decided to go one of the pub at Punggol Marina
we order 2 tower of beer & 1 bottle of Martell

We sing, play card. dice people that lost will need to be punish by drinking
martell with green tea or coke or beer or beer plus coke.. yucks... beer + coke not nice.. lol..

Though morning went to work and at night went for all this and have fun.
End of the it went back home and sleep like a piggy pig.. oink oink. ( - 0 - )

Yesterday early in the morning went to ate MAC breakfast
with BB some where around Queensway.
Outside still gt one small pond with little small bridge

inside the pond still gt turtle and fish.

after our breakfast we went to seletar farmway
we actually intent to see dog but end up over there feed those animal over there.

BB good friend ( Mr Goose ! ) hahahahas ...

don't know what bird is this ?!?!?!

After the farm we plan to go for bowling, so BB drive to orchid country club
cause over there have one bowling alley but we didn't know that it will be full of people.
Due to they're having some bowling competition is held over there.
End up we went fishing i forgotten where's the location but quite ulu
but not bad still can i can look around and explore.. hahaha ..

BB said next time can't bring me go fishing along with him
because i'm too noisy.. hahahahas.. xD
After fishing is already around 6plus
then BB ask me whether i wanted to watch sunset and i say yes i want and then we went to watch sunset ( :

Bangkok Trip

When to Bangkok for a week from 25th July - 31st July,
with my Uncle, Grandma and last but not least my Sis.

At airport sitting down while we're waiting.

Inside the plane

Once we arrive bangkok, the airport is so big have to walk for quite a distance.

PINNACLE the hotel we're staying at when we're in bangkok.
This hotel still not bad quite clean and nice and they have buffet for breakfast.
Just let me share some of the photo with you peeps. ( :

After breakfast you're still able to go out to their
lobby sit down and relax just like your own home living room..
LOLs .. If not you can choose to go out side.
They have gym also.

The hotel have most the of thing they should have it. Is comfortable.
Back to topic, we went there for a week we went to quite many different location
like the first day once we arrive and check in, my uncle brought us to the very famous
4 face buddha and pray.

After praying we went for shopping and while we're walking across the road side store out of sudden we heard " BOOM " very loudly everyone scolding here and there. All of us was like OMG ! They put boom on the other side of the road, which me and family member are lucky cause we cross over the bridge. If not I just can't imagine what will happen to us.

We quickly walk a way from it cause it's very danger.
( We'll Never Forget About It ! )
So after that we continue our shopping.. hahah.. I Love SHOPPING ! xD
After shopping went for dinner have some thai food taste still not bad but most of their food is spicy which i'm fine with it where else my sister don't like it .. LOLs..
Cause she don't eat spicy food at all.

I Love their tom yam soup. Nice ( :

Second Day, in the morning after our breakfast my uncle bring us to a temple that they always use to say donate money for those coffin, sound interesting right but actually there nothing at all
just go there pay the money they give u a piece of paper to write down your name address etc.. after that just paste the piece of paper on top, side way which ever side you wanna paste also can. Then outside the temple there are some of them placing them to help people read card but for them is Tarot Card, which is different from sg.
In sg is those normal poker card.

After that continue to shop at MBK. Shopping again.. wooohooo.. ! xD

After shopping we went for foot massage at this shop name
Sabai Thai Massage @ BTS Saladaeng Station.

Too bad after our massage we can't continue to shop have to take cab and head back to hotel and had dinner over there cause after massage suddenly raining heavily. So sad. ) :

Third day, in the noon time we went to SiamPargon.
A shopping mall that sell branded things. *^^* wink wink..

In the late afternoon we went to my grandma bro house and stay over
at his house for one night. Their house is damn big, have swimming pool,
their house also able to park 8 cars. Can you imagine how big is their house ???
Is Damn Big !!!

After that at night they brought out for dinner.
Seafood is mostly what they'll choose to have for dinner.

After dinner everyone when back to their own house and for us of cause is to go back to the BIG house and stay for a night over there and the next following 2 days My Grandma, My Sis and I, we're going to stay at my grandma sis house. My grandma sis house is small and the area over there look unsafe to me. For example if over there rain heavily and flood the area for sure will be the first place to flood... Show you some picture of it.

Fourth and Fifth day, my grandma sis brought us to different area temple and pray cause my grandma like it so me and my sis tag along with them too.
But some of their temple design look quite nice and took some picture down.

On the sixth day, morning we went back to hotel and in the afternoon
my grandma bro bring us to a five star hotel to have lunch at the chinese dim sum restaurtant.. yummy ( :

After lunch they send us back to hotel and pack our stuff
cause the next day morning we're flying back to SG. ( :

tomorrow will be our singapore Big day

Donkey Forced to Parasail Over Beach

there's a news saying about Donkey have been force to Parasail Over the Beach.
Once I heard it i was like WTH is it MAN !!! DONKEY Parasail !?!?!?!

Two Russian Businessmen have sparked

forcing a donkey to parasail over a beach.
The disturbing footage has been
found online of the business men forcing

The footage features the bussinessmen putting on a
show for vacationers who are bathing in the sun on the
beach. Then the donkey parasails over the top
of them. The flim shows the donkey flying through the
skies as the businessmen watched and flimed the event.

How can a donkey take it ???

Though they said they have attached a parachute to the donkey before they
attached it to the back of a speedboat and towed it into the air.
The stunt took place over the Sea of Azov.
Many of the people that were there to witness the event said " you could hear
the donkey braying as it was towed through the air by the speedboat. "

It's said that the stunt was part of an advertising campaign by the businessmen but it has gone
horribly wrong as it sparked outrange among those watching it.
Many local newspaper and tv stations were inundated with calls as the event occurred.

On Friday, after work went to watch movie ( Twilight Eclipse )

with Caludia, she went to get the ticket first cause she knock off
from work earlier than me.
She get the 8.45pm show and our sit is first 2nd roll. ) :
Quite sad to say is quite infront or even can say is very front.
But no choice is full ticket selling quite fast plus yesterday was just the 2nd day of the movie.

Slacky Outing

Yesterday, as usual woke up early in the morning go to work

finish work at 1 plus. Luckily end quite early anyway recently

the crowd of patient is not that bad because most of them when

for holiday. hahahahs.. that's why. But they're going to be back

from their holiday cause school holiday is about to end.

The crowd is going to be back soon... AHHHHHH !!!

After work yesterday went back home rest for a short while
then go and shower, prepare myself up and it's time to go out. xD

Do some shopping after dinner, but didn't bought much thing on that day
cause we didn't really saw anything that we like a lot and want to buy it back home

Acupuncture Slimming

Fellow Peeps do you still remember this lady name Jennifer that I've mention on my previous post, I've said that her weight use to be 68kg, standing height at 158cm.
Overweight or in another words FAT !
As what you people have seen the picture of her before and after at my previous post.
For those that have not see it or forget about it, now let me refresh your mind

and show the picture of her before she slim down.

This is the picture of Jennifer before she slim down.
Last time when she was at the weight of 68kg,
her knee cap always give her a lot of problem, her knee cap joints will feel pain
whenever she climb the stair, squatting up and down carry heavy stuff at work
and also having quite a difficulty in breathing sometime in whatever she do.
Therefore, she decided to consult a doctor, doctor told her that it's time to slim down
she's overweight and overweight is not good for health.

Why is it not good for health ???
For example Jennifer will have difficulty in breathing sometime, is all due to obesity
is associated with breathing problems that can make it harder to keep up with friends,
play sports, or just walking.

So she listen to what doctor said and decided to slim down for her own health.
She start to look out for all kind of slimming product, try each and every kind of it
by spending a lot of money buying all kind of slimming tea, cream, she even went to slimming spa.
But all those doesn't work at all her size still remain the same, no change.
Only wasting of her money and see no result.

Fortunately, or even can say that she's lucky enough to met a friend that tell her
introduce her and let her know about acupuncture slimming.
AND NOW WAHLAH !

All thank to her friend that introduce her about acupuncture slimming,
let her able to slim down to the size and weight she is in now.
Her current weight : 53.5kg
Her previous weight : 68kg

Sleeping Late

Hey Peeps !
Let me ask you what time do you guys usually go to bed at night ?
Sleeping late at night has become the trend now a days,
but bear in mind that we need 7-8 hours of sleep a night minimum,
we can't be sleeping late either.

That's why ever since I start working,
I know that I got to get up early in the morning for work
I will go to bed as early as possible.
Not like my sis totally sleeping at a upside
down timing from me.

Recently then I realize why sleeping late is bad.
Apparently, when you sleep late ,
your body unleashes a ton of destructive
hormones like cortisol, into your bloodstream.
Cortisol is a stress hormone ; too much of it, and it can seriously affect your cell health.

Not only all this,
time and the quality of sleep could affects your weight too.

So don't sleep to late.
Start to sleep as early as possible. ( :

Panda in SG Zoo

Hear from news in the evening said that

there will be Panda in SG zoo real soon

in august next year.

Isn't it cute ???

Singapore go for a loan with china for the period of 10 year, will be display

at River Safari attraction at Singapore Zoo.

SG also intends to start a breeding programme of the endangered species.
( That's why SG will want to loan the panda from china. )

By the way, is one female panda and one male panda
Female panda : Hu Bao which is 2 year old, a playful and affectionate.

While for the male panda : WuJie, the 3 year old panda is strong and stable.

This is the 2 panda that will come over to SG next year.
Of cause for now their still at their own home land which is loacted at Bifengxia Panda Base,

zoo keepers over there are preparing them for their move.

Do you guy know that Pandas are notoriously known to be fussy eaters -

there are about 40 different types of bamboo for them to choose.

So singapore need to send some sample bamboo over for them.

The pandas had a " food-tasting " and accepted the bamboo. WOAH!!!
Now the singapore zoo will be starting to plant, 8,000-square metre

of bamboo plantation just for the pandas.

Besides diet, they're sensitive to climate and environment.

Somehow, SG is hotter than Sichuan, as what they plan

now their main task is helping them adapt. Pandas live in the tempertures

lower than 25 degree celsius.

Pandas is really quite a fussy animal.. Hahaha..

Adurey's Wedding

On the 3rd of April were Audrey my cousin wedding,

now then i know to prepare a wedding is not that easy.

There's many things that we got to prepare especially
being the Bride and Groom they have much more thing to do
compare to those that being sister or brother.
All of us got to wake up so early in the morning to prepare ourselves
Most of us woke up at 5am in the morning o_0" our eyes can't open wide. So around 7am like that all the sister gather at the bride house during that time
the bride is just finish up her make up.

WaLah !!! Here's the Bride xD

After that all of us is waiting for the Groom and his brother to come over and fetch the Bride at 8am. While we're waiting we took out all the stuff that we want the groom and his brother to do before they come in and fetch the Bride.
The thing they have to eat and drink .. hahahahs ...
They have to go through the 酸，甜，苦，辣 ( SOUR , SWEET , BITTER, SPICY )

Firstly is SOUR ( 酸 ) :

A few cup of sour plum drinks
all of them have to finish up the whole cup of sour plum
to be able to continue to the next stage of our test.

Secondly is SWEET ( 甜）:

A few cup of sweet tea
that is cooked by my cousin mum
and it's also need to be use during the serving
tea time to those adult in the later part of her wedding.

Thirdly is BITTER ( 苦）：

Another few cup of drinks that is been make into juice
by Bitter Gourd. EEEEYER !!!
But do you know that Bitter Gourd are very low in calories
dense with precious nutrients.
It is an excellent source of vitamins B1, B2, and B3, C,
magnesium, folic acid, zinic, phosphorus, manganese,
and has high dietary fiber.

SO GOOD JOB for you guys to complete drinking it all up. * THUMB UP * ( :

I've been quite busy recently didn't really manage to get enough rest

ever since that time i fall sick and that make me feeling sick again so today

call up to office and took mc.

Meet up with Jasmine after work ,
she waited for me outside my work place so sweet of her ... xD
We went for dinner but we didn't eat much
after that she told me that Kbox is having a promotion at $8 only !
I was like WHAT serious ???
So we went to ask and it was really just only $8 net. LOL . CHEAP !
Sing from 7.30pm to 10.30pm, 3 hours, quite worth it.
But this promotion only up till end of april, must go again before
the promotion end. hahhahahas...

Second Week Of March

Following Saturday after work, all of us need to go to Awwa Home
Awwa Home is a place where all those old folks stay

we went there to accompany them
for example play game with them ( BINGO ) that's what we play with them
sing karaoke and give them some
bread, drinks and some biscult,milo etc that has already packeted in one small packet.

Went to watch Alice In the WonderLand
this moive also not bad maybe just if watched 3D will be much better.
But overall still not bad ( :

First Week Of March

While we're waiting for the show time
we went to the aradce that just beside it
lots of people went there to kill their time before movie. LOLs ..

First week of march i've been falling sick for 4days
I lost my voice having a very bad sore throat, flu, fever and feeling difficult in breathing.
First day see doctor get 2 days of MCon the 3rd day woke up, still haven fully recover and feeling much difficulty in breathing

Chinese New Year Day 1

Day 1 of my chinese new year as usual
got to wake up early prepare myself up before
waking the rest of them up for their turn to prepare.

As usual went to my grandma house
before we go other place for visiting.
Stay there for awhile and when we're about
to step out of my grandma house my cousin
they arrive my cousin.. hahaha..

After that me and my sis
went over to my mum place for visiting
and of cause to get angbao from her.. haha.. xD

we cab back down to my grandma house
for dinner and of cause gathering with
all my aunties, uncles, cousins.
After dinner and chit chat we start to play Blackjack... !!! LOLs ..

Let me start from CNY eve ( Chinses New Year Eve )
On that particular day is a Saturday
by right CNY eve on a Saturday is good
BUT on that day I still have to work ... WTH MAN !!!
Although my job need to work half day on Saturday
but it's chinese new year eve how can ..
Lucky on that day we only work 1/4 of the day
still counted as not bad.. not bad only okay. Hahaha ..

After work on that day
went back home straight
and rest for awhile
after that get myself prepare and off we go
went down to my grandma house for
our reunion dinner as usual every year the same. HAHA.. !

Spring Cleaning Part 2

Last week one of the day,

I stay home and do some spring cleaning

packed up some of my stuff and clothes.

And Guess what ???

I've dig and found out lots of old and memorable stuff

Some of old letters from my friends to me, cards, old times photo. ETC ..

I've took some photo of my stuff but not all cause there's too much.. LOLs ..

This is the reprot card last time when i was young around my age of 5 or 6 year old
where i go for my computer lesson and that's my report card of it . xD

She's always so sweet and nice to me although last time when we we're young

It's the last day of 2009.

went out with Julin on that night
we went to marina bay to watch the firework.
Actually we intent to go vivo but end up we did not. hahahas..
Reach marina bay called Jas cause she said all of them
was already at there and have a very good spot of seeing the firework
so i told julin about it at first she was so anti-social

of meeting friend of mine. SAD to say.. hahahs ..
But end up she have been persuade by me. hahas..
Actually on that day we intent to go pub or club

but too many people so we didn't go

end up we go for supper.. LOLS ..

29th December 2009:

29 Dec is my daddy birthday. ( :
During that day sad to said i still have to work until 7pm

then able to meet up with my dad for dinner.

Of cause I treat him cause it was his birthday. Haha

Daddy Birthday Cake.

27th December 2009 :

Went to grandma house on that day
cause on my grandma birthday after dinner

when we're on our way walking back to her house

me myself, Jac and Can
was talking about our young days when all of us was

only small little kids.

We remember that our grandma will always cook us

porridge with carrot and some chopped meat in it

for our lunch. ( :

After that few days later Jac msg to all of us

telling us that she have told our grandma to cook

the porridge for us to eat and our grandma say okay. Hahaha... xD

So on the 27 Dec we all went to our grandma house
to eat the porridge and of cause our cousin gathering.

I still remember that when i'm out from the lift

walking down the stairs to my grandma house I smell
the porridge. LOLs ..
When i reach her house I went to tell her this :
" Ah Ma your porridge smell very nice. "
Ah ma, was laughing non stop saying that " Really anot ? "
I said " Yah really. "

On that day, we also played one game that Jac think of
we wrote down each and every name in our family member
on a piece of paper than we realize there's so many people name

we got to write.. LOLs ..

After writting down, we roll it up
put it into a box, shake it.
And start to draw one and open it up

see who is it and act out the person

and the rest of us need to guess who

she/he was trying to act.
After that my dad tag in along and play with us
He damn funny, we all laughing non stop.

Car Accident

What a shock man !
Today I reach home around 7pm, when i just sat down for

only around 20 mins to 30 mins and out of sudden I heard " BOOM "
where the sound came from the carpark just below my block.
Every single neighbour run out of their house and see what had happen

some even went down and see.

Actually my sis wanted to go down and see also

but she didn't went down until when the time my dad

came back and pass by told us what had happen.

Then she went down together with us and take a look
where else me and my dad is going for dinner but my sis
is not going for dinner with us she just went down and

take a look at it only.

Actually I also don't know how come the car can
just bang in the block where the driver is going to do a parking.
Thank god that during that timing there's no children run about under the block

cause sometime there will be a few children playing under the block.

but when i want to wake up and walk down from my bed

my head is feeling damn pain and having sore throat. Arggh !

So give a call to office and tell them that

i'm not going to work today.

So instead of going to work
I went to see doctor.
From morning 9am waited till 11 plus going 12 noon

then i get to see the doctor. It was like WTH so long. -.-"

Medicine for the day. Yucks !
