Fellow Peeps out there recently I find out that too much Fats
in our body is not good for our health totally NO NO NO ... !!!

what I've known and found out recently.

Abdominal Obesity is also called " apple shapped " bodies.

So which type you belong too ???

because me myself also not sure which one I belong too.

But not to worry, no matter which one you belong too
